Step by Step
The work within the project is divided in 5 work packages:
two administrative:
one work package of support activity:
two work packages of coordination activities:
In order to fulfil this task two working visits of the NMS partners (Romania and Bulgaria) to their partners (France , Poland ) were made. These visits aimed to incourage good practice sharing and the identification of customer needs.
These visits will be of 3 days each and as a result a set of data regarding the customer needs will be set up. The data collected during the two stages will be analyzed together with information from other authorised sources (Eurostat, universities' mobility evidences, etc.) and will be finalised in a survey study that will be summarised in a Green Charta of cooperation between Ro - Bg - Fr - Pl that will set up the guiding line for an optimum cooperation between the Mobility offices in the four countries in order to offer best services to their customers.
This Green Charta aims to be a long time working instrument for the four offices.
The National coordination workpackage (4) aims to coordinate the Romanian and Bulgarian Regional Mobility Centres in order to insure the best cooperation of the national networks in EURAXESS and also to share the expertise gained through Discover Europe project with the neighbourhood countries.
Two day training courses will be organized for the rest of the Romanian and Bulgarian Regional Mobility Centres. During the training courses, representatives from the neighbour countries (Moldavian Republic, Serbia & Montenegro, Turkey Mobility Centre) will be invited to participate.
The International coordination workpackage (5) aims to develop two pilot actions that can improve the cooperation between the EURAXESS members: EURAXESS Discover Romania pilot action and EURAXESS Discover Bulgaria pilot action.
The two pilot action consist of two visits one in Romania (Bucharest, Iasi, Suceava, Cluj, Brasov, Targoviste) and the other one in Bulgaria (Sofia, Varna, Stara Zagora, Rousse ). Each of this towns are regional contact point for EURAXESS and also important university centre.
The visit will allow our guests, members of the EURAXESS Network, to interact directly with their colleagues from the Romanian and Bulgarian regional offices and make connections with them.
During the visit they will also see the main universities and research institutes from those regions in order to be able to promote the opportunities that researchers can have in Romania or Bulgaria.
Last but not least they will have the opportunity to learn more about the Romanian and Bulgarian life style.
